2. Install WordPress
WordPress is the most popular and reliable blogging CMS (content management software) online. There are tons of free plugins and an amazing support forum, with thousands of experts worldwide ready to help you at a moments notice. Your hosting plan, will have a simple 1-click install process set up.
3. Buy a theme
Once you have WordPress installed, you will need to buy a good theme. Sure you can get a free one, but they look bad and make your blog look cheap. I recommend you use something like WooThemes or Theme Forrest, which offer high quality premium themes for less than $30.
4. Create your first post
With your theme in place, you’re ready to start posting. You should take a few minutes to create a contact page, about page and terms page. Once they are done, then you can begin posting. 5. Start self promoting
With your blog live and your first post up, you want to start getting traffic. Share your new post with your friends on Facebook, Twitter and email. Also make sure you create a Twitter, FaceBook and Google + account which will be used to promote the blog in future.
